A TYPICAL HOG ROAST DAY
We will arrive at your location with our food truck with plenty of time to park and set up. We open the hatch, hang the lights and decorations, light the BBQ and prepare the pig for roasting.
The meat is oiled and salted for the crispiest crackling, basted with cider and herbs to keep it succulent while slow-cooking.
All the food and accompaniments are prepped and displayed ready for when it’s time to carve the pig.
The gorgeous aromas and impressive sight of the whole roasting hog will kick off your party and help make your day unforgettable.
