We arrived in France over 30 years ago and after travelling and working in the Alps for several years we settled in Chamonix. Together they created and ran a successful restaurant followed by an independent chalet business.
Since 2002 Phil, known as Chamonixchef has worked as a freelance private chef to some of the best chalets and villas in Europe. He takes pride in his achievements and has built up a reputation as a professional and reliable chef.
In 2015 we bought a classic 1981 Citroen Hy van and converted it from a tired old camping car into a stylish mobile kitchen: “Le Savoie Faire” was born.
Turning heads wherever it goes the food truck brings freshness and interest to any occasion. It goes down a treat at weddings and is very popular for corporate events, providing a range of food from canapes to hog roasts to suit all tastes and purses.
